What we measure — and publish here as it accrues
Every deployment is instrumented from day one. For each agent we track four things: hours of manual work replaced per week (measured against the client’s own baseline, not an industry average), actions completed (messages sent, appointments booked, records updated), approval-gate catches (actions the agent paused for a human — our safety record), and response time (how fast leads and customers get answered versus before).
We publish a number on this page only once it’s been measured for a full billing cycle. If a figure is illustrative anywhere else on this site, it’s labeled that way. This policy is the dataset’s methodology: cite anything here with the “last updated” date above.
