What is manual work actually costing you?

Score the repetitive tasks in your week and watch the math happen live: the hours you’d get back, the dollars walking out the door, and the one task to hand to an AI employee first.

Repetitive-work scorecard

score = hours × repeatability

“Same steps every time?” = could you write the steps down and have someone else follow them? 1 = needs your judgment every time · 5 = identical steps every time. Leave tasks you don’t do at 0.

Before you automate anything: the five guardrails

A high score makes a task worth automating — these make it safe. Every Deploy AI Workers agent ships with all five.

01 · Gates

Approval gates

Anything touching money, customers, or data pauses and waits for your yes — it doesn’t act first and apologize later.

02 · Phone

Approve from your phone

One-tap yes/no in Telegram, Slack, or email, so a gate never becomes a bottleneck while you’re away.

03 · Audit

An audit trail

Every action logged — what, when, on whose approval — so “what happened?” takes seconds to answer.

04 · Scope

Least privilege

The agent gets exactly the tools and data the task needs, and nothing else.

05 · Leash

Tunable autonomy

From approve-every-step to fully autonomous, per task — tighten or loosen it as trust builds.

Assessment questions

How the math works and what happens next.

Q1How does the AI Workforce Assessment calculate what manual work costs?+
You enter the hours per week each repetitive task takes and rate whether it follows the same steps every time (1 = needs your judgment every time, 5 = identical steps every time). Only repeatable work (rated 3+) counts toward your automatable hours, and the dollar figure is those hours × what an hour of that work is worth to you × 52 weeks. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is sent or stored.
Q2What is the highest-ROI task to automate first?+
For most small businesses it is lead follow-up or missed-call response: the work follows the same steps every time, it runs around the clock, and every miss is lost revenue. But your scorecard decides — the assessment surfaces the task where hours per week and repeatability are both highest, because that is where an AI employee pays for itself fastest.
Q3What happens after I take the assessment?+
Nothing automatic — your results stay in your browser. The recommended next step is a free 20-minute audit where we pressure-test your top task, confirm it is ready to automate, and scope a done-for-you AI employee to handle it. Bring your results to the call; no obligation.
Q4Is the assessment really free?+
Yes. No email required, no signup wall. If you want a weekly read on what is moving in AI agents, The Agent Report newsletter is optional and also free.
